In 2019, the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music initiated a website consolidation and re-design project to bring their various school, centre, gallery and publication websites under a single domain and information architecture using the University's design system.
Working as the lead designer alongside a dedicated project team, I worked with faculty stakeholders and the project producer to reach alignment on page and component designs, branding, interaction features and an overall information architecture.
User testing was conducted at key stages during the design process, validating a wireframe prototype early on before establishing a final System Usability Score of 83.2 prior to launch, indicating high usability.
Additionally, I mentored a junior designer assisting on the project, and worked alongside developers to ensure accuracy of the front-end deliverables.
